Work With Me

Let's build the Economy of Things together.

I'm Looking For

πŸ”¬ Research Collaborators

Working on Edge AI, privacy-preserving IoT, or decentralized infrastructure? I'd love to co-author, contribute data, or jam on architectures.

Particularly interested in:

  • TinyML for resource-constrained deployments
  • ZK proofs for device identity
  • Community-owned AI infrastructure
  • DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks)

β†’ Let's write something together

πŸ—οΈ Projects That Need an Edge AI Architect

If you're building for environments where the cloud isn't reliable, emerging markets, remote deployments, privacy-sensitive applications, I can help design systems that work offline-first.

I bring:

  • 6+ years building IoT systems in challenging environments
  • Published research on edge/fog computing architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LoRa, TinyML, and Hyperledger

β†’ Let's design your architecture

🌱 Founders Building in the Machine Economy

Building at the intersection of blockchain and physical infrastructure? I've been there, from Zimbabwe's first Bitcoin exchange to privacy-preserving IoT on Cardano's Midnight.

I mentor founders working on:

  • DePIN and infrastructure tokenization
  • Edge AI platforms
  • Community-owned networks
  • Offline-first systems for emerging markets

β†’ Let's talk about your startup

🎀 Conferences & Podcasts

I speak on the future of connected infrastructure, particularly from an African perspective.

Popular topics:

  • The Economy of Things
  • Offline-first AI for emerging markets
  • Digital sovereignty and community infrastructure

β†’ Let's get me on your stage

Why Me?

I built an IoT Makerspace in Zimbabwe's Mbare township. Teenagers called "The Freedom Makers" built agricultural robots that beat university researchers, placing 2nd globally at the Spellman Clean Tech Competition in NYC.

I was part of Zimbabwe's first Bitcoin exchange (Golix). I've published in IEOM, Emerald, and Africomm. I've led the Internet Society Zimbabwe Chapter through internet shutdowns.

I've managed several technology grants, built systems for food-insecure families, and open-source repositories.

But mostly: I build technology that works when the internet doesn't, when the power fails, when the only reliable thing is the community itself.
